Two things people could call out:
The trans column counts more than surgery. It's 2019–23 minors on blockers, hormones or surgery, counted where the hospital is. Surgery alone is too rare to rank well, but I can switch to surgery only if you want.
It’s sad how much Utah has fallen the last few years. We use to be up there with Idaho and Wyoming
it might be blue in 4 years. Crazy
